For quarterly payments, payment is due by the 1st of the month prior to the quarter. For example, by Jan. 1st for the months of (February, March and April).
For monthly payments, payment is due by the 1st of the month prior to publication, (Jan 1st for the February issue).
2. I pay by credit card. When will my card be billed?
All credit cards are billed between the 1st – 10th of the month prior to publication.
It’s an ad that is completely ready to be dropped into the layout of the final magazine. When you submit a camera ready ad, it needs to be in a PDF, JPG or TIF file at 300 dpi resolution. When you provide camera-ready art, there are no graphic design fees.
“Not camera-ready” would be anything submitted that is still in need of changes or repair. Feel free to call us at (561) 965-6617 with any questions about camera-ready art.
4. How and when can I make changes to my existing ad?
Please submit your camera-ready art for your updated ad by the 1st of the month prior to publication (for example, January 1st for the February issue). We accept PDF, JPG and TIF files at 300 dpi resolution. Please no Publisher or Pagemaker files.
5. How can I get assistance with my graphic design after the ad is already running if I want to make changes?
We have graphic designers, ready to assist you. For minor changes (30 minutes or less), there is no additional fee. After the first ad, all subsequent artwork will be billed at $30 per hour for graphics, effective October 1, 2007.
6. Can I cancel my ad after signing the ad space reservation form? What is the cancellation policy?
The ad space reservation form is a contract. However, if it becomes necessary to cancel an ad, the cancellation must occur by the 1st of the month prior to the month of publication (for example, January 1st for the February issue). Any past due balance shall be payable; and a fee of 50% of the remainder of the contract is due immediately at the time of cancellation. Around Wellington® Magazinewill not publish ads that have been cancelled.
7. Is this a monthly publication?
Yes. However, we publish 11 times per year. There is one combined issue in the summer; usually the July/August issue is combined.
8. Will I be mailed a copy of the magazine each month? When does it go into mailboxes each month?
Yes. Please call our office if you do not receive the magazine. Around Wellington® Magazine arrives the 1st week of each month in mailboxes. It’s delivered via bulk mail, directly into mailboxes (not thrown onto lawns).
9. Which neighborhoods receive the magazine, free of charge?
The magazine goes to every household in the following communities, plus we print additional copies each month and put them around Wellington & Royal Palm Beach:

11. Where are some other drop off locations around Wellington and Royal Palm Beach where I can find the magazine?
You can find additional copies at several locations around town and a list of places you can be sure to find the magazine is usually found in the Birthday Kids page(s) in the current issue. If you would like your business to be added as a regular drop-off point for additional copies each month, just call us.
